First, the problem and research significance
During the one-year kindergarten practice, I deeply felt the happiness and busyness as a kindergarten teacher, as well as the care and patience that I must master. The child is innocent, just like a blank sheet of paper. The responsibility of kindergarten teachers is to teach them to draw every stroke perfectly on this piece of white paper. Children's childhood should be happy. Kindergarten teachers' teaching should bring happiness to children, let children learn from happiness, and more importantly, let children go to kindergarten happily and go home happily, so we should have a sincere heart to treat children.
New kindergarten children will have an adaptation period. How to help kindergarten children through this adaptation period is a problem that teachers and parents are very concerned about. Children from a familiar environment to a strange environment will instinctively feel insecure, and when their parents leave, children will feel backward. How to make children cry less and adapt to the new environment faster needs to be discussed and implemented.
So what are the implementation strategies? I think we can start with the following points:
Correctly face children entering the park and understand children.
Every summer when freshmen enter the park, teachers will visit their children at home. By entering the family and children, they can establish their initial feelings with their children. Understand children's family environment, parent-child relationship, parents' educational concept, parenting attitude and children's performance at home, so as to provide targeted education for children after entering the park. For families who don't visit their children at home, teachers can send questionnaires to parents, do some surveys, understand their children's personality and hobbies, and at the same time, keep in touch with their children, remember their nicknames, hold their hands, and make their children feel good about their teachers through physical contact. They can also send some small gifts to their children.
Then hold a parent-teacher conference for freshmen, introduce the composition of the class to parents, and communicate with parents how to cooperate to stabilize their children's emotions. Because I have visited my children at home, I divide them into three groups: problem children, Younger Children and Children with Kindergarten Experience.
The first group of "problem children": There are some problems in the family adoption of these children, and there are some deviations in their personality and behavior. Some people like to pester adults, some people take a nap when they don't want to eat, some people ask questions when they eat, and some people don't associate with others. The parents of these children are very worried about their children's adaptation to the park and are very uneasy.
The second group of "younger children": these children are younger and more introverted. Some don't like to talk, sleep for too short, and it is difficult to fall asleep after waking up (it takes an hour or two to fall asleep); Some people eat little or don't like it.
The third "children with kindergarten experience" group: most children are in kindergarten or attending kindergarten, relatively mature and emotionally stable.
Different children have different performances in the face of entering the park. Some children may realize the changes in the environment from the beginning and start to resist; However, some children may start to pay attention to the fresh environment, and it will take some time to realize that they are not as good as home. There are many constraints here, and it is not as free as home, so they began to resist.
There is a student in Class Two of my internship class: Han Yingrui. When he first came to kindergarten, he was curious about everything. He felt here and looked there. When other children are venting their tears when they run away from home, he really plays games quietly. When the other children got used to it, he really began to cry and asked endlessly, where's mom? When will mom pick me up? Where's mom? For this reason, his mother thought something had happened to him. Why did it take him so long to remember "noisy" again! In fact, this is what happens when children enter the park. When he first entered the park, he had that kind of curiosity and was full of curiosity about everything. When he gets familiar with it, he will find that kindergarten is different from home and will start crying to show his dissatisfaction.
Enhance children's sense of security
Children will have a strong sense of insecurity when they enter a strange environment. Some children have to hold toys or dolls to sleep. To treat such children, we can't get rid of this dependence at once and need further adaptation.
Kindergartens can also provide children with interesting and easy-to-operate toys and materials to attract them. Open an activity area in the classroom so that children can fully move after coming to the park, which is conducive to the separation of emotional stability and instability. You can also ask your parents to bring some photos, toys, books, etc. , installed on the wall of the activity room and placed on the toy cabinet. When children see photos of themselves and their parents, books, toys and familiar stories will feel more intimate and enhance their sense of security.
For example, this internship, my internship class is arranged in this way. Every time children walk into the classroom in the morning, they will see photos of themselves and their parents, which makes them feel very happy. There are toys prepared by kindergarten on the toy cabinet, and some children bring them from home. After entering the classroom, the children are happy to play with their toys and other friends.
Help children build a love for kindergartens.
In order to make kindergarten children adapt to the collective life of kindergarten as soon as possible, we should first help them feel anxious about leaving their parents and make them become attached to their teachers from their parents. Therefore, teachers should ask parents about their children's situation at home and conduct targeted education. After children enter the park, teachers should meet their needs with actions and words, and eliminate their anxiety with love. Teachers can hug and kiss them, squat down and talk to them softly; Let them feel the teacher's amiable and lovely, and gradually change from attachment to parents to attachment to teachers. No matter how coaxed, some children are useless, crying all day, so we should give more care to such children. Don't be too hasty, rude or intimidating, so as not to form psychological barriers and affect your physical and mental health. For example; In order to let children get more love, we can organize a "two-to-one" activity a few days before the start of school, so that the big class can eat, drink and have fun with them. Children aged 3-4 know the world through direct perception and personal experience, and their demand for love is also the most direct. Taking the caress and comfort of posture as an example is of great help to stabilize their emotions. For example, in my internship class, a child, Liu Yifei, cried every day when she came to the park, saying that she didn't want to come to kindergarten. When her mother saw her off, she wouldn't let her go and kept pulling her clothes. At this time, I will pick her up and coax her, wipe her tears and say to her, "Look, mom sent you here so early because mom and dad have to go to work. If Liu Yifei doesn't want to go to kindergarten, teachers and children will miss you. You can't play with teachers and children at home. " Soon, she stopped crying. Sometimes, I sometimes kiss, hug and reward those children who don't cry or make trouble.
When you receive them every morning, kindly say to them, "Good morning, baby!" " When you leave the garden in the afternoon, say to them, "Goodbye, see you tomorrow." "When taking a nap, some children don't adapt, so I will accompany them, pat them and wait for them to fall asleep!
Let children adapt to kindergarten life as soon as possible, which is the need of children's healthy and harmonious development and education itself. According to children's physical and mental development level, we should teach children in accordance with their aptitude, help them get through preschool smoothly, and lay a foundation for their study and life in early childhood.
