In recent years, the National Engineering Research Center of New Polymer Molding Equipment has successively undertaken more than 50 national scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Key Project of the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Outstanding Youth Fund, the Cross-century Talents Program Fund of the State Education Commission, the Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of Education, the Guangdong Natural Science Fund, the Torch Program Preparatory Project of the State Science and Technology Commission, the Tenth Five-Year Plan and the National 863 Plan. He has published nearly 300 papers, won 6 China and international invention patents, won provincial and national awards 10, and successfully achieved 4 industrialization achievements. The Engineering Center has successively established R&D bases, product demonstration bases and industrialization bases of scientific research achievements.
The main task and goal of the center is to be market-oriented, rely on the "electromagnetic dynamic plasticizing technology" patented by China, the United States, Europe and Japan, aim at the demand of high-performance processing machinery in China's plastic processing industry, combine the electromagnetic dynamic molding principle, give full play to the advantages of advanced research methods and strong scientific research team, study new molding technology and its equipment manufacturing technology and specifications, processing process simulation technology, computer-aided design, auxiliary engineering and auxiliary processing technology, and develop plastic electromagnetic dynamic extruder. Establish a perfect chain of "technology-engineering-marketization" to promote the technological progress of polymer processing industry and its machinery manufacturing industry.
At present, the center has 25 scientific researchers, 4 professors and other senior titles, 9 associate professors or senior engineers and deputy senior titles, and 12 employees with intermediate titles, initially forming a scientific research pattern of basic research, applied research and development research. Since the establishment of the center, remarkable progress has been made in scientific research and development, engineering application and marketization, and the theory of electromagnetic dynamic plasticization has been gradually improved. Many national research projects have achieved initial results. At the same time, in the process of industrialization, the electromagnetic dynamic extruder, mixer and injection molding machine for plastics have been greatly improved, and a series of supporting equipment using electromagnetic dynamic extruder have been organized. In addition, for the smooth progress and development of the center's industrialization, a production base and a new equipment demonstration base have been established in Guangzhou, and a limited liability company has been established in cooperation with relevant enterprises in Beijing and Shantou to produce supporting products.
In order to make the center management enterprise, we constantly improve various management systems and working procedures in our work, make the management more standardized and scientific, and make the center gradually transition to the enterprise action of limited liability companies.
