Happiness is a state of mind, happiness is a state of mind and philosophy is a state of mind. ...
Maintain a good attitude, that is, not proud when you succeed and not discouraged when you fail; When others succeed, they will not be jealous even if they don't congratulate them, and when others fail, they will not be laughed at even if they don't comfort them. In the midst of prosperity, the rapids are brave; In adversity, go upstream. A good attitude is a kind of demeanor, but also a realm.

The power of mentality
A professor did this experiment. He led several people into a dark room and said to them, "You should cross the small bridge ahead and try not to fall.". It doesn't matter if you fall. There is only a little water below. " Several people passed smoothly.
Then the professor turned on a light and several people looked under the bridge. They got a fright. There is not only a little water under the bridge, but also some crocodiles swimming! Everyone was frightened and said, I wish I knew. The professor asked, "Who dares to walk back now?" Nobody dares to leave. The professor led everyone: "imagine yourself walking on a solid iron bridge and hint yourself to try this way." Three of them are willing to try. The first man walked over trembling, and it took twice as long as before; The second man went to the middle and fell down in fear; The third man came down after only three steps.
Finally, the professor turned on all the lights. Several people could see clearly that the crocodile was real, but there was a yellow net between the crocodile and the bridge. I couldn't see clearly when I turned on the yellow light just now. Now everyone is bold again, and they all passed smoothly. Only one person dared not cross it. He is worried that the net is not strong.
Mentality determines fate.
A good attitude can help you succeed, but a bad attitude may lead to failure. If you want to warm others, you must have heat in your heart; If you want to illuminate others, you must first illuminate yourself; If you want to illuminate yourself, you must first illuminate your heart.

Mentality determines fate. A philosopher said: "complaining about the bad environment is often our own fault;" Blame others for being too narrow-minded, often because they are not open-minded; Complaining about the bad weather is often because our resistance is too weak; Complaining that the work is difficult is often because we have too few methods. "Dare to forge ahead and dare to explore in order to gain hope; Fear of wolves before, fear of tigers after, and stop. People are not afraid of incompetence, they are afraid of being too weak.

Happiness is a state of mind.
Russell 1924 came to Sichuan, it was summer and the weather was sultry. Russell and his party boarded Mount Emei in a bamboo sedan chair carried by two people. The mountain road was steep and steep, and several porters were so tired that they were sweating. As a thinker and writer, Russell saw this scene and lost the mood of enjoying the beautiful scenery. He thought, bearers must hate people who sit in sedan chairs. In this weather, they had to carry them up the hill. They may be wondering why they are in sedan chairs instead of sedan chairs.
In a blink of an eye, we arrived at a small platform halfway up the mountain, and the bearers stopped to have a rest. Russell carefully observed the bearers and saw them take out their pipes, talking and laughing. He didn't mean to complain, nor did he mean to feel pain for his fate. They also told Russell jokes about his hometown, asked Russell some foreign things curiously, and gave cheerful laughter from time to time during the conversation.
Later, Russell told this story in the article "The Character of China People", and wrote after the story: It is wrong to look at other people's happiness with self-righteous eyes.
Happiness is like this. People who sit in sedan chairs are happy, but people who carry sedan chairs are not necessarily unhappy.
Shakespeare once had a classic metaphor when he talked about the situation of life. He said that our body and mind are a nursery, and our subjective will is the gardener of the nursery. Whether we plant exotic flowers or cultivate a tree alone, whether we cultivate it carefully or let it be deserted, the power is in our own hands. In other words, if you want to be happy, you can do it yourself.
In the final analysis, happiness comes from the satisfaction of life and has little to do with money, power and status. No matter what your status is, in that background, you will feel happy only when you feel comfortable and full of energy. As long as we create a simple and happy mentality, we can improve the happiness of life. On the contrary, no matter how much material and love there is, we can't feel happiness without sunshine. If we realize this, we will find that the rich are happy, the fishermen are happy, and the old lady who collects junk is also happy. ...
Perhaps, we have also pursued formal beauty and material richness, thinking that it is happiness. In fact, after experiencing various situations in the world, we realized that happiness is actually a state of mind.

What is happiness? Many people are asking. Is it money? Is it status? Is it power? Neither. In fact, true happiness lies in a person's inner feelings-happiness is a state of mind.

There is an art called mentality.
Federico Uribe is a Colombian. He liked painting since he was a child, but the cruel reality forced him to do heavy work in the shoe factory.
A year ago, that shoe factory closed down because of poor management, and even the workers' wages were gone. The workers moved away the machines, stocks and raw materials in the factory in a rage. Only Urib hasn't touched anything. The boss threw a lot of discarded shoelaces in front of him and said, "this is the only thing you can move." As for the factory and yard, I am going to sell it for a lifetime! "
"Yes, you have something more valuable than those shoelaces!" Uribe said, picked up the pile of colorful shoelaces and left. When he got home, those almost useless shoelaces became children's toys and were everywhere. He saw them in his eyes and worried about them. One day, Urib heard two children laughing in the yard. One said, "It's like a big fat pig!" The other retorted, "No! It should be like a polar bear! "
Urib walked over curiously and saw some children's shoelaces thrown on the ground, which looked like an animal, both like You Zhu and a bear. They are very cute. This inspired Urib, who loved painting since childhood: Why not draw with shoelaces? Since then, Urib has been thinking about how to draw with shoelaces every day. He thought of knitting and pasting. A week later, he finally decided on the plan: knitting and sewing on the white canvas and painting on it with shoelaces!
Urib is very excited about this idea-drawing with shoelaces is the first in the world! He immediately bought some white canvases, first drew a pattern on the paper, and then began to draw with shoelaces according to the pattern and inspiration. Busy for a whole month, his first shoelace painting "The Man with Flowers" finally came out. It was a beautiful picture. A middle-aged man in blue was holding a sunflower symbolizing harvest and hope. The composition of the picture is also very novel and stereoscopic.
Many people want to buy this painting after it is finished. However, Urib refused because he had more important plans. In the blink of an eye, three months later, Uribe finished five paintings. These paintings look like impressionist oil paintings, but they are more stereoscopic and textured than oil paintings.
Subsequently, Uribe held an auction and sold the five shoelace paintings to the Columbia Museum of Folk Art for 200,000 pounds (equivalent to RMB 6,543.8+0.94 million). At the auction, Urib also invited a special guest-the failed boss, who was still worried about who would buy his factory!
"God, how did you do all this?" The boss was very surprised to see his shoelaces painted and sold at such a high price.
"I just made a work of art with discarded shoelaces, with a heart that loves life. So, what about your factory and yard? Those are far more valuable than shoelaces ... "Uribe pointed out.
The boss was greatly touched-regain confidence and try to resume production! Finally, a few months later, a small bank agreed to lend it to him at the lowest interest rate. The factory soon resumed production and business was getting better and better. At the same time, Urib also set up a shoelace art studio in barranquilla, and his shoelace paintings have been collected by large art institutions and private individuals such as Colombian Folk Art Museum, Royal British Museum and American Art Museum. Urib himself is also praised as "the most thoughtful and innovative artist" by British art magazines!
10, 20 10, 1 10, Colombian national television interviewed Uribe. When asked how he came up with the idea of painting with shoelaces, Urib said, "A positive heart can create anything beautiful, because this mentality is an art!"

If you have a heart that loves life, you can create beautiful things, get out of the trough of life and see hope from despair.
