What management work should be paid attention to when raising silkworms in greenhouse?
Cocoon management in greenhouse is a key link to improve cocoon quality in greenhouse. With advanced cocoon, if the cocoon is not well managed, it will not produce high-quality cocoon. The time from reeling to cocoon picking is called reeling. Generally speaking, the intermediate time is about 7 days in spring and 6 ~ 7 days in summer and autumn. The focus of middle school management is early and middle management.

(1) Clear the site in due course. Timely clearing (clearing) is an important link in upgrading technology. Clearing the field is an operation process such as catching silkworms that have crawled outside the grid hole (or above centipedes and broken cocoons) and failed to cocoon in time, re-feeding, removing silkworm excrement, removing reed curtains and residual mulberry from silkworm excrement. Catch wild silkworms. Generally, most silkworms that cocoon during the day start to cocoon in the middle of the night. Therefore, patrol 2 ~ 3 times at night after the camp is closed, and catch the wild silkworm crawling on bamboo poles and closed frames at any time, or put it back on the reed curtain, or close the camp alone. The second day after cocoon formation, the cocoon shell has been formed, and the silkworm that has not entered the hole and has not cocoon has been caught. Remove the pad paper under the frame, the residual silkworm excrement and the residual mulberry. Then, put it up, remove the reed curtain, and remove the residual silkworm excrement and mulberry on the floor. Customs clearance should be timely. Clearing the field too early, there are too many silkworms swimming in the mountains, wasting labor and fishing tools; Late clearance will affect production. When most silkworms have cocooned, the best time to catch wild silkworms is generally 20-24 hours after cocoon formation, and 65,438+06-20 hours after cocoon formation in summer and autumn. We should master it flexibly according to the maturity of silkworm and weather conditions. Generally, it only needs to be cleaned once, but it needs to be checked again 5 ~ 6 hours after cleaning, so as to catch the leaked silkworm in time.

(2) The standard temperature for adjusting the temperature in the greenhouse cocoon is about 24℃, which is about 25℃ at the initial stage of cocoon entry and 24℃ at the late stage of cocoon formation. In case of low temperature below 22℃, it will affect the speed and rate of entering the hole. The temperature difference between day and night in the greenhouse is relatively large, so measures should be taken to reduce the temperature during the day, and attention should be paid to the heat preservation in the greenhouse when the temperature is low at night.

(3) Strengthen ventilation and dehumidification in the greenhouse. Generally, it is not appropriate to blow directly with strong wind at this time. You should put down the film in the greenhouse and close the doors at both ends of the greenhouse to prevent mature silkworms from gathering in one direction. After a day of rearing, the silkworm has basically positioned its cocoon. At this time, it is necessary to open the shed door and lift the skirt film around the shed for ventilation. In case of hot and humid weather, the moisture in the shed should be removed in time to improve the cocoon relaxation rate. Although the square cocoon is a three-dimensional cocoon, there are many mature silkworms in unit space, which produces a lot of urine and feces, which is easy to increase the humidity in the greenhouse. The humidity is high when the ground silkworm is fed automatically. Therefore, before 72 hours after most silkworms cocoon, it is necessary to open the shed door, open the skirt membrane for ventilation and dehumidification (the airflow speed is preferably 0.5 ~ 1 m/s), close the shed door in the morning and evening in rainy days, or use an electric fan for artificial ventilation and dehumidification to control the humidity in the shed below 75%. Strengthening ventilation and dehumidification is beneficial to improve cocoon relaxation rate and reduce cage mortality.

(4) Keep the light in the greenhouse uniform. Mature silkworms are backlit and tend to be dense in the dark. In order to improve the rate of adult silkworms entering the hole, we should pay more attention to shading in the shed, avoid direct sunlight, keep the light in the shed dim and uniform, and prevent one side from being bright and the other side from being dark, so as to prevent adult silkworms from gathering in one direction and increasing bad cocoons. Direct sunlight will seriously affect the relaxation of silkworm cocoons, so it is necessary to strictly shade the cocoons in the greenhouse, especially when the sun shines obliquely from east to west in the morning and evening, and pay attention to the shading at both ends of the shed door.
