Discussion on the problems and preventive measures in building fire water supply and drainage construction

Introduction:

Judging from the current economic situation of different cities in China, the development speed of buildings has shown a very rapid scene, but the development speed of building fire water supply and drainage obviously cannot be compared with the development speed of buildings, which invisibly causes some problems in the construction of building fire water supply and drainage, thus affecting the safety and reliability of building fire protection in the later period. Or when the automatic sprinkler system for building fire fighting is constructed, it can't be constructed reasonably according to the function and pattern of the building room itself, resulting in a dead corner of sprinkler, leaving a certain security risk.

1. Establish and improve the building fire protection maintenance and maintenance mechanism. After technical construction, many construction units did not take further measures to ensure the performance of water supply and drainage facilities, which made many facilities gradually aging due to long-term use. However, due to the lack of timely maintenance, this aging state has become more and more serious. At the critical moment, these water supply and drainage equipment could not play a role at all, which delayed the fire fighting time. Therefore, after the completion of construction, the construction unit should establish a complete maintenance mechanism, regularly maintain water supply and drainage facilities, especially some commonly used fire-fighting equipment, such as fire extinguishers, to ensure their effectiveness and replace them regularly.

2. Strengthen the construction management and organize the construction in strict accordance with the design and related requirements. It can ensure the construction quality of building fire water supply and drainage to a great extent, thus eliminating the problems in construction to a great extent. At the same time, strengthening management can eliminate unfavorable factors and further eliminate problems. After the phased construction of building fire water supply and drainage is completed, experts or professionals with professional experience should be hired for inspection, which can avoid the second inspection becoming a mere formality and failing to check the key parts in time.
