(a) won the provincial (ministerial) level third prize or above scientific research or teaching achievement award (subject to the award certificate, limited to personnel);

(two) the teaching level is high, the teaching effect is good, and the teaching quality has been evaluated as excellent for two academic years, and at least won the second prize (comprehensive prize) of 1 school teaching competition; Or as a lecturer at or above the provincial level (top five) in a quality resource class or a quality video open class;
