Through the above data, we can easily find that the network market in China has great potential, so how to seize this opportunity and cultivate qualified talents has become a problem that our professional teachers need to consider. I think as a competitive web designer, we should not only have artistic accomplishment, but also know how to program, so that our web designer can be competent for both the design work at the front desk and the programming work at the background.
First, improve the efficiency of web design.
To improve the efficiency of web design, of course, we should start with better coordination among various departments of web design. This requires graphic designers in graphic design department to be familiar with the work of programmers in programming department. For example, a good architect should not only know how to design a building with connotation and culture, but also know the knowledge of building cost, ergonomics and building mechanics, otherwise his design works will be worthless. Therefore, our goal of cultivating web designers is to be excellent not only in artistic design, but also in program design. This is also the purpose of my study abroad this time. Only by doing this, can I complete the web design work well and solve the work fault problem between graphic designers and programmers mentioned above. Only in this way can we cultivate high-quality web designers who meet the requirements of the times.
The design director can be said to be an indispensable role in web design projects. But what kind of person is likely to become a design director? Of course, first of all, you must have rich work experience and high personal ability. Secondly, you must be proficient in all aspects of web design, that is to say, you can handle the work of planning department, graphic design department or programming department. If you can do this, plus good overall planning ability and teamwork spirit, you can become a design director. When we train students, we should not only let them find jobs, but also solve basic life problems. Let them grow up and become stronger in their long working life.
