In order to understand the integrity of undergraduates in Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, we conducted a survey on the integrity of undergraduates. In this survey, 120 students' attitudes towards academic integrity, economic integrity and social integrity were investigated by random sampling, and 120 questionnaires were collected, and the questionnaire recovery rate was as high as 100%, of which13 was effective and the effective rate was 94.2%. Status quo 2: The survey results show that the average level of social integrity of undergraduates in our university is lower than academic integrity and economic integrity. Therefore, we should strengthen the cultivation of social integrity and avoid the lack of social integrity of students. Social integrity is the most important embodiment of students' integrity, and it is the most important quality they should have after entering the society. However, the average level of social integrity is the lowest and the problems are the most. Status Quo 3: The investigation results of academic integrity show that the undergraduate students in our university have a high level of academic integrity, but there are also some problems: the most serious problem of lack of academic integrity is the phenomenon of multi-contribution of papers, followed by the lack of attendance integrity, homework completion integrity and examination discipline integrity in daily study. Status quo 4: The status quo of economic integrity The overall level of economic integrity of students in our school is very high. The most serious lack of college students' economic integrity is the current situation of tuition arrears. 5. The overall situation questionnaire of honesty examines students' honesty consciousness from three dimensions: academic honesty, economic honesty and social honesty. As can be seen from the survey data, the overall integrity of students in our school is good, and there is no serious lack of integrity. Two. Conclusion and suggestion (1) There are differences in the honesty level between men and women. The survey data show that girls' academic integrity is significantly greater than boys', boys' social integrity is significantly greater than girls', and there is no significant difference between economic integrity and overall integrity. According to further qualitative investigation, we found that: generally speaking, girls pay more attention to the academic content related to exams or papers, and are cautious about some behaviors that may have adverse consequences, or most girls are afraid to challenge the lack of integrity in this area, so girls have a high level of integrity in this area. However, boys pay less attention to the academic content related to exams or papers than girls, and their attitude towards their studies is not as serious as girls, and they are not as cautious about some behaviors that may have adverse consequences, or most boys dare to challenge the lack of integrity in this area, even willing to challenge it, so the level of integrity of boys in this area is low. (2) The relationship between income and honesty. Students from low-income families have lower economic integrity than other students. Among many topics about economic integrity, the reasons for this result are Q20 (how to treat the behavior of students with difficulties in applying for false family information) and Q22 (how to treat the behavior of defaulting on tuition fees). Both of these topics are related to poor students going to school. For Q20, we can understand that our application system for poor students is not perfect. Q22 and Q20 have a great relationship. Students with poor families and difficulties in paying tuition fees become delinquent teenagers when they fail to apply for poor students and student loans. Except for Q20 and Q22, the problems of economic integrity, such as non-repayment of loans and evasion of tickets, have little to do with family income, so the low level of economic integrity is not directly related to the low family income. We should improve the current student aid system from the following aspects: on the one hand, simplify the steps of applying for student aid loans and grasp the core content. Loans can be provided when it is determined that students' families are really in difficulties and need state funding to complete their studies. Many students missed the opportunity to apply for a stamp, and many students gave up their application for fear of trouble. Second, increase lending. Many poor students' applications have not been approved, and today, with the rapid economic development in China, the investment in education is increasing accordingly. It is necessary to flexibly carry out the examination and approval of student loans. Many students who have not obtained student loans have difficulties at home, although they are not very difficult, and they are able to pay part of their tuition fees. In this case, we can issue half of the student loans. The third aspect is to enrich the forms of funding. While granting loans, we should create more employment opportunities and contacts for poor college students. In a word, we should face the students with family economic problems as service providers and relieve their financial difficulties. (3) The relationship between grade and honesty. The longer the education, the lower the level of integrity. What is the reason for this result? Through this survey, we can find that the environment has a great influence on students' integrity level. In terms of academic integrity, junior students have a higher level of integrity, while senior students have a lower level of integrity, mainly because: with the continuous increase of school time, the pressure during middle school is gradually replaced by a more relaxed learning environment in universities. In addition, there are some common problems in the style of study in colleges and universities, which leads to the evolution of learning into passive learning with exam results as the main learning purpose in the actual implementation process. As a result, academic integrity is decreasing year by year. In terms of social integrity, junior students have a high level of integrity, while senior students have a low level of integrity, mainly because: with the increase of social contact, our environment is gradually replaced by the fierce competition environment from the ivory tower when we first entered the university. As a result, a simple student who only reads sage books and turns a deaf ear to things outside the window has evolved into a social person who needs to think about his future work and life. As a result, social integrity is decreasing year by year. In order to improve the style of study on campus, we should make efforts in the following aspects: on the one hand, improve the overall quality of teachers. In recent years, with the continuous expansion of university enrollment, the demand for university teachers is increasing. More and more young teachers have reduced the overall level of teachers to a certain extent. The decline of teachers' level directly leads to the continuous decline of curriculum quality, which leads to students' passive loss of interest in many courses. The second aspect is to reform the academic evaluation system of college students. Students in China pay more attention to test scores than to the improvement of learning ability, and most subjects rely on instant memory. We should divide the evaluation of a student's course into one semester on average, and take the comprehensive results of the usual assessment as the final grade, so as to better evaluate the students' learning situation. Third, reduce the restrictions between majors. Let interested students study the courses they are interested in, instead of sticking to their own majors.
