First, the reasons why teenagers smoke

It is illegal to smoke on the high-speed train. Ordinary railway passenger cars, smoking will also be reminded to the junction of the carriages. In a word, smoking is annoying and disliked everywhere.

For friends who use smoking to calm their inner emotions, I suggest learning the methods of emotional adjustment. Often use the strategy of avoiding emotions, and you will get deeper and deeper.

Fourth, adjust emotions reasonably.

If you feel flustered, upset, or overwhelmed by anger, under normal circumstances, you will forcibly suppress your emotions and have a cigarette to calm down.

This strategy of adjusting emotions is a typical strategy of escaping emotions. This is actually unhealthy and will accumulate a lot of negative emotions.
