Environmental monitoring data must be accurate, comparable, accurate and complete, and the precision and accuracy of environmental monitoring data can be evaluated through laboratory quality control. Monitoring the integrity of data means ensuring that no data will be lost in the actual monitoring process. Once there is data loss, it is necessary to analyze the reasons and find a solution. The monitoring data should also be representative, mainly because the sampled samples should represent the pollution situation within the scope of the whole monitoring project to a certain extent. Comparability of data refers to the adoption of prescribed analysis methods when analyzing data in order to compare data better.
2 Analysis of the present situation of atmospheric environmental monitoring quality assurance
The quality assurance of environmental monitoring depends on the supervision and guidance of the environmental protection department to a certain extent, and environmental monitoring should also be carried out in accordance with the corresponding norms. However, there are still many problems in the quality assurance of environmental monitoring. Only by analyzing the problem can we find a better solution.
2. 1 difficult to guarantee.
The uncertainty of monitoring data is closely related to the random factors in the detection site. Therefore, the detection results of samples are largely related to the environmental monitoring links in the sampling process. The environmental monitoring work in China has been marginalized for a long time in the sampling process, which makes many sampling personnel lack professional knowledge and many sampling equipment obsolete, which also adds great difficulty to the sampling process and makes the quality of environmental monitoring appear many uncontrollable situations. Many on-site sampling personnel miss relevant information in their work, which will lead to the distortion of the sampled samples. When collecting industrial waste gas, the sampling time is random, which makes the sampling data only reflect a certain moment.
2.2 The monitoring network is not perfect.
At present, there are imperfections in the construction of environmental monitoring network in China, which makes a lot of monitoring data overlap and waste. The national environmental protection department pays more and more attention to the construction of monitoring network, but even so, the problem can not be solved in a short time. In order to improve the quality of environmental monitoring, we must pay attention to the importance of environmental monitoring network construction.
3. Carry out quality assurance of atmospheric environmental monitoring.
Managing and controlling the whole process of environmental monitoring can better ensure the quality of environmental monitoring. Therefore, some measures can be taken for the environmental monitoring results, and attention should be paid to the quality of the laboratory. In view of the atmospheric environmental monitoring process, its quality control is generally embodied in sampling, sample analysis and data processing, report review and so on. Therefore, this chapter mainly discusses the establishment of quality assurance system, quality supervision of on-site sampling, improvement of quality assurance system and implementation of laboratory accreditation system, so as to further deepen the quality assurance work of atmospheric environmental monitoring.
3. 1 Establish and improve the quality assurance system for atmospheric environmental monitoring.
Establishing and perfecting the quality assurance system of atmospheric environmental monitoring is an inevitable requirement to ensure the representativeness of collected samples, the integrity of measured data, the precision and accuracy of analytical data, and the comparability and observability of comprehensive analysis and evaluation of data. Studies have confirmed that. Establishing and perfecting the quality assurance system plays a role in promoting and guiding the quality assurance work, and monitoring stations at all levels should take the quality assurance system as the working criterion.
3.2 Strengthen the quality supervision of field sampling.
The representativeness and authenticity of samples directly affect the evaluation of environmental quality. This shows that. In environmental monitoring, we must attach great importance to the timeliness and spatiality of environmental samples, that is, the representativeness and authenticity of collected samples. In view of how to improve the quality supervision of on-site sampling, this paper mainly expounds from the following aspects: based on on on-site investigation, verify relevant information, and make clear the sampling location, sampling section, sampling frequency and sampling period according to specific conditions, so as to formulate a sampling scheme that conforms to objective reality and ensure the integrity and representativeness of samples. According to certain standards, industrial pollution sources must be divided into three categories: general pollution sources, secondary pollution sources and major pollution sources. Among them, the sampling frequency of key pollution areas, key pollution sources and key pollution industries is higher, followed by secondary pollution sources. At the same time, the control of sample containers, sampling equipment, storage conditions, the frequency and quantity of samples labeled on site, and the identification of sample containers should be in place.
3.3 promote the laboratory accreditation system
The so-called laboratory accreditation refers to "the official recognition by an authoritative organization that the laboratory has the ability to carry out specified types of testing or calibration". The research proves that the quality management system based on laboratory accreditation can provide system certification for quality assurance. The quality supervision network based on laboratory accreditation needs a certain number of quality supervisors for the departments with quality problems, who mainly supervise the relevant monitoring work of the departments, and each quality supervisor must be responsible to the quality director. In view of the task of the quality supervisor, he is mainly responsible for finding the unreasonable points in the monitoring work of his department and correcting them appropriately according to the scope of authority. If the existing problems are not within their jurisdiction, they must inform the quality director in time. At this time, the quality director should take the lead in correcting mistakes and standardize the quality assurance of atmospheric environmental monitoring.
4 conclusion
The rapid development of industry has caused serious damage to the environment. In order to better protect people's living environment, we must attach importance to environmental protection. Environmental damage also has a great impact on economic development and social progress, and in serious cases, it will also have a certain impact on people's lives and property. Monitoring the environment can better grasp the environmental situation. Environmental monitoring quality assurance will also encounter certain problems, so we must find solutions to better improve environmental monitoring quality assurance.
