2. Menu: Insert-Quote-Footnote and Endnote

3. Select "Bottom of Page" in the Location dialog box that opens.

4. After confirmation, the cursor will automatically move to the bottom of the page and enter a comment.

When the content of text changes, comments and annotated text are always at the end of the same page.
