What is the job of a coke oven locomotive driver?
The work mainly includes: (1) operating the coal loader, opening and closing the furnace cover, and loading coal into the coke oven; (2) Using metering equipment to measure coal loading; (3) Use tools to open and close the riser, assist coal loading, close the furnace cover and clean up the residual coal; (4) operating the coke pusher, opening and closing the oven door at the coke oven side, pushing the coke out of the coke oven and leveling the coal; (5) operating the coke stopping car, opening and closing the oven door at the side of the coke oven machine, and introducing coke into the coke quenching car or coke tank car; (6) Use tools to assist coke pushing and discharging, and clean up residual coke; (7) operate the coke quenching car or coke tank car to connect the red coke, and quench it with water or send it to dry quenching equipment; (8) operating the residual coal hoist to send the residual coal back to the coal bunker; (9) Clean the riser and bridge pipe with tools, and adjust the pressure of the gas collector; (10) Use tools to repair furnace door lining bricks and iron parts; (1 1) Troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
