1, professional adjustment conditions
Those who meet one of the following conditions may apply for major adjustment:
(a) The academic performance is in the top 40% of the class;
(two) students are interested in or have expertise in other majors during their study, which is more suitable for studying other majors;
(3) Students who are found to have a certain disease or physical defect after entering the school and cannot study in their original major, but can still study in other majors of the school after being diagnosed by the school hospital or the second-class first-class hospital designated by the school;
(four) to participate in other professional college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training programs, to publish academic papers (original publications) in professional journals, or other verifiable achievements;
(five) students who have dropped out of school to start a business or resumed their studies after retirement need to change their majors because of their own circumstances;
(six) students do have some special difficulties and cannot continue their studies without changing their majors.
2. Other requirements for professional adjustment
(a) students (including junior college students) admitted according to the national special enrollment form are not allowed to apply for majors;
(two) art and sports students are not allowed to transfer to other majors;
(three) between different professional disciplines such as liberal arts and science, in principle, it is impossible to change majors;
(four) students admitted in low batches shall not be transferred to high-batch majors across batches, and clinical medicine and stomatology shall not be adjusted to each other;
(5) Students majoring in Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools may, in principle, complete their major studies, or transfer to related majors according to students' wishes and school conditions, provided that they comply with the relevant regulations of the school.
3, professional adjustment procedures
(1) The registration time is February 24-26, 20 19, and it will not be accepted after the deadline. Students fill in the Application (Confirmation) Form for Students of Grade 20 18 of Jiamusi University (see Annex 1) and submit relevant supporting materials (original and photocopy). The application form and supporting materials should be submitted to the Student Status Management Section of the Academic Affairs Office (Room 3009 of the main building).
(two) the school according to the students' registration and professional ability, to determine whether to evaluate. If you need to participate in the assessment, the school will organize another assessment, and the time and content of the assessment will be notified separately.
(three) the school according to the preliminary examination and assessment results to draw up a list of professional adjustment students, after publicity without objection, reported to the competent school leaders for approval.
(4) After the examination and approval, students will receive a notice of professional adjustment from the Academic Affairs Office, and students will handle professional adjustment according to the notice.
4. Others
All aspects of professional adjustment are fully open, and the school discipline inspection commission participates in the supervision of professional adjustment for students of grade 20 18.
Students who do not take part in the assessment for various reasons will not be organized by the school.
Each college should inform every student of its professional adjustment arrangement for students of Grade 20 18, so that students can understand the policies and procedures of professional adjustment, especially to remind students of the time nodes and related requirements of professional adjustment. When notifying students, it should be emphasized that students do not need to pay any fees for major adjustment.
