EI periodical papers belong to class a academic papers, which are divided into six grades. Therefore, EI periodical papers belong to high-level academic papers, second only to first-class T academic papers, and compared with SCI, ISTP, SSCI, A &；; HCI belongs to Class II A academic papers.
EI periodical papers are highly recognized in China. Although it is slightly inferior to sci, it can also play an obvious role in promoting the titles of professors, associate professors or other scientific researchers in China. EI journal papers also need to be written in English, although it is not as difficult to publish as sci.
However, it is also difficult. EI periodical papers also need to pay attention to the difference between periodical papers and argumentative papers. There is a certain difference between the two. Special attention should be paid to the selection of meetings when publishing conference papers, and it is best not to choose meetings with high water content.
Before 2009, EI divided its collected papers into two grades.
1, EI Compendex index summary (also known as core data). Including the title and abstract of the paper, indexing and deep processing with subject words and classification numbers. Whether there are subject words and classification numbers is the only sign to judge whether a paper is officially included in EI.
2. The header record on the first page of 2.EI (also called non-core data). It is mainly reported in the form of title records. Some also have abstracts, but they have not been further processed, and there are no subject words and classification numbers. Therefore, the abstract on the first page is not necessarily a formal entry into EI.
