Tianjin is one of the four municipalities directly under the Central Government of China, with superior geographical conditions and the highest level of cultural and scientific development in China. However, the most serious problem encountered in the economic development of this region is the shortage and shortage of water resources.
According to statistics, the major water users in Tianjin are industrial and mining enterprises, accounting for about 50% of the total urban area every year.
%, followed by agricultural and domestic water.
Although Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan Industrial Zone is a comprehensive industrial base, the proportion of heavy industry is still greater than that of light industry. Such as metallurgy, chemistry, building materials and other industries, consume a lot of water.
Therefore, there is still a serious water pollution problem in the utilization of water resources. In the case of insufficient water resources, it also caused a shortage of domestic water.
In order to solve this problem, I think we should start from three aspects:
First, adjust the industrial structure, especially the industrial structure. Take advantage of science and technology to encourage the development of high-tech enterprises with low energy consumption, low water consumption and less pollution. Upgrade and improve the original production process to reduce the consumption and pollution of water resources.
Second, developing water-saving agriculture can adjust the planting structure and cultivate drought-tolerant crops.
Third, from space to urban water. For example, the construction of the east route project of diverting Luanhe River into Tianjin and the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the development of seawater desalination technology, and strive for low-energy and low-cost desalination of seawater for industrial use.
