Brief Introduction to the Author of the Principle of Mobile Communication
Wu, a professor and doctoral supervisor at School of Information Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the field of information and communication for a long time. He has presided over and participated in more than ten national scientific research projects, won two national awards, three ministerial awards, published more than 200 papers, five patents, and published three teaching materials and monographs: information processing and coding, key technologies of mobile communication and communication principles. At present, he is a director of Chinese Institute of Electronics, chairman of information theory branch and researcher of china institute of communications. His main research interests are information transmission, mobile communication, information theory and variable parameter channel coding. Niu Kai, lecturer of School of Information Engineering, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2003 with a doctorate in engineering. He has published dozens of papers and applied for 6 national invention patents. The main research directions are iterative channel coding, MIMO signal processing and space-time coding. He has participated in the National Natural Science Foundation's major project "Research on the Theory and Technology of High-speed Information Network Wireless Access" and the National "863" project "Research on the Wireless Transmission Link Technology of the New Generation Cellular Mobile Communication System".
