The defense time of 23-year-old graduate students' thesis in the School of Fine Arts and Design of Hubei Engineering University 1. Topic selection stage Before the end of this semester, each college will complete the task of collecting topics for graduation thesis (design), determine the tutors and fixed time and place for the next semester, and inform the students (the guidance time of each tutor at a fixed place every week).

2. Opening Stage Before mid-March, 2023, all colleges will complete the opening of Bi Sheng system as required. Instruct teachers to fill in the task book in bi-design system, and students can consult relevant documents to understand the project background according to the task book of graduation thesis (design).

3. Design and writing, duplicate checking and testing stage Before May 3, 2023, the tutor will guide the students to design, demonstrate and write the paper according to the design (research) plan of the opening report and the schedule of the task book, and finish it on time within the established system.
