The supervision team for reducing the burden is headed by Wang Suogeng, the principal and secretary of the Party branch, and consists of the school guidance office, the teaching and research group and the backbone of front-line teachers.

In the work of reducing the burden, the guidance group for reducing the burden actively publicized the burden to teachers and parents, organized everyone to study the materials of reducing the burden, provided lectures on reducing the burden, and coordinated the contradictions from schools, families and society in the work of reducing the burden, which played an important role in the smooth development of the work of reducing the burden!

Will reducing the burden reduce the quality of education? Wait a minute. These problems are all cognitive problems and involve theoretical problems. If these problems are not solved, it will be impossible to resolutely implement them in action, and there will inevitably be a phenomenon of "orders can't be done, and there are prohibitions".

The school also organizes teachers to learn higher-level documents and new concepts of education and teaching, so that teachers can consciously "reduce the burden" from three aspects and strive to "reduce the burden" for students.
