The so-called division between argumentative papers and strategic papers is only speculation of some training institutions. In essence, it complicates the response to the application and gives the candidate a feeling of mystery and emptiness. In short: the application should be written according to the main idea of the material, and the direction of the given characteristics of the material content is consistent, which has little to do with the "discussion" or "strategy" in the later requirements.
