Chinese is different from other subjects. Mathematics, English, science and other disciplines have relatively unified teaching content, while Chinese teaching content is relatively vague, so the determination of teaching content is the premise of teaching. If the teaching content is incorrect, the whole classroom will be inefficient or even ineffective. In order to help disciples determine the teaching content effectively, I adopt the method of preparing lessons in units and determine the teaching content according to the stylistic characteristics. Over time, teaching and examination become two skins. In view of the requirements of the test paper life system in the new era, Mr. Wei put forward the proposition principle of "being able to conceive". Of course, "the ability to conceive" does not mean that all the questions made by fate are difficult, but that each question type is a test of ability and has nothing to do with difficulty. For example, Mr. Wei's apprentice in our school only examined the writing methods of four Chinese characters in Unit 1 when he wrote the final Chinese test paper 1 in the seventh grade (second semester) in the 20 19 school year. Teacher Wei's comment: This format is ok, but the content is only Unit 1, which fails to cover the whole book. It is suggested to modify it. Another example is the comment on the second question: this form is ok, but the content is only the first unit, which fails to cover the whole book. Suggest a revision. It is worthy of recognition that a theme runs through it, but all eight spaces are understandable and cannot reflect hierarchy. It is suggested that the first two spaces should be in the form of writing sentences for the previous sentence or the next sentence, the middle four spaces should be in the form of understanding, and the last two spaces should be in the form of opening. Teacher Wei's comment is: it is natural to carry forward traditional culture, and it is best to use it flexibly, so as not to give people the feeling of memorization.

Fourthly, curriculum development based on expansion.

The first round of pre-school development project in Dancheng is "Students' Reading Based on Subject Expansion", and the whole school carries out "All-subject Reading" activities, requiring teachers to develop and expand courses. How is the development of Chinese development course? How to develop, many teachers are lost in thought, and young teachers have no clue. In view of the current situation of reading famous books in Chinese, Mr. Wei clearly put forward that Chinese should develop famous books courses.

How to develop? Teacher Wei first put forward the teaching of four famous works: combing and retelling, constructing images in skipping reading; Questioning and criticizing, scrutinizing details in intensive reading; Looking for evidence and inferring conclusions in reading assistance; Contrast and expand, explore the theme in reading. According to these four steps, Mr. Wei first compiled the course outline of Water Margin, and defined the course nature, course objectives, course content, course evaluation, grades and class hours, and then divided the work. Teacher Wei first compiled an example of a textbook chapter, and then let his disciples imitate it. In this way, the extended course of Water Margin was completed. Then I taught for two years, 2 class hours a week, and the effect was good. It was rated as an excellent course of compulsory education in Ningbo in 20 18.

Last year, the extended course "Laughing at Reading Students" developed by Mr. Wei and three apprentices in our school was awarded as an excellent compulsory education course in Xiangshan County in 2020.

As early as five years ago, Mr. Wei set up a research group in his school, including his three apprentices who just started teaching. Two years later, when Ms. Wei no longer felt "superior" to the subject research, Ms. Wei formally accepted her as a member of the research group "Boiling Water Margin: Strategic Construction of Famous Courses Based on Deep Reading", and kept her at the forefront of the subject research, making records, doing surveys, attending public classes, drawing bar charts, etc. This topic won the second prize of 20 19 Ningbo basic teaching and research achievement, and the contribution of teacher Zhou Xiao was indispensable.

After the above-mentioned project research, Ms. Zhou Xiao felt that she could take charge of the project of the school's teaching and research group, so she applied for two county-level planning projects for two consecutive years (20 19, 2020) and successfully established them.
