2- Preliminary review of manuscripts
After receiving the author's contribution, the editorial department downloads it to the warehouse for preliminary examination, that is, by carefully reading the full text, it conducts preliminary examination and evaluation on the topic, specialty, academic level, data authenticity, language expression, style and format of the contribution, and there are mainly two kinds of handling opinions:
(1) Direct rejection: The possible reasons are that the content of the manuscript does not conform to the scope of our report, the academic level is relatively low in our recent submission, and there are great defects in data viewpoint or language expression. Due to the low publication rate (the number of manuscripts published each year/the number of manuscripts received each year), that is, the rejection rate is high, and more manuscripts are rejected without peer review (external review) and only after preliminary review, please understand; This practice can improve the efficiency of the follow-up work of the editorial department, reduce the invalid detention time of the manuscript in the editorial department and the invalid waiting time of the author, and does not require the author to pay the manuscript review fee; The editorial department will treat the manuscript objectively, fairly and cautiously, and may suggest which publications or publications the manuscript is more suitable for. If you have objections, you can also appeal.
(2) Accept and continue the trial: agree to accept the manuscript, that is, inform the author to pay the manuscript review fee as soon as possible (with official invoice, "charging procedures") and formally handle the "copyright agreement" (with the seal of the unit affiliated to the top-level fund, and the seal of the first unit without the fund). The manuscript will enter the peer review (external review) stage.
3- Peer Review (External Audit)
The editorial department selects 3 external audit experts for each manuscript. Selected external audit experts: front-line scientific researchers, researchers or professors who are in line with the discipline and specialty of the manuscript, excluding those who are purely engaged in scientific research management; Be able to comprehensively and fairly review and evaluate the quality of manuscripts; It is necessary to point out the advantages and disadvantages of the manuscript and put forward suggestions for revision, which is of substantial help to the author; Be able to feedback the evaluation opinions within the agreed short time.
4- Final Review of Manuscripts
The editorial department will decide whether to hire the manuscript after receiving all the external audit opinions. This print makes a choice according to the external audit opinion and the specific situation of this print, which may be the opposite choice to the external audit opinion. This print promises to give the author a reply whether to hire or not within 2 months; Due to unforeseen factors, a small number of manuscripts were delayed. The author can change the manuscript to the editorial department after making a statement, or wait for the review or review opinions of this journal. There are three main types of handling opinions:
(1) Rejection: generally, the author will be informed of the reasons, and suggestions will be made on how to improve the experiment, conduct in-depth research or switch to other journals.

Employment: It is only a preliminary employment (manuscripts with excellent content and style can be directly employed), and the author needs to modify the full text item by item (regardless of columns) according to the reasonable suggestions in the peer review opinions, the "Call for Papers Notice" of the editorial department and the latest published papers or thesis templates. When the revised draft is returned, it should be accompanied by a revision explanation, that is, answer the final opinions one by one, what aspects have been revised, what aspects have been retained and why. If the author of the communication is not the author, the revised draft and revised description must be reviewed and approved. After the editorial department receives the revised draft, it will be officially hired, and after verification, it will send an employment notice to the author. Rejection (revision): If the content of the manuscript conforms to this journal and has important academic significance and innovative value, but the value is not reflected due to writing reasons, or some minor experiments and data need to be supplemented, the author will be asked to revise it before submitting it. Re-submission requires re-examination by editorial department and even external experts.
After management, then decide whether to hire. The submitted documents should also be accompanied by amendments.
Under normal circumstances (if supplementary experiments are not needed), the revised manuscript and revised instructions are required to be returned within 1 month. If the editorial department rejects the manuscript, it does not mean that it will be submitted after revision. It is suggested that the author submit it to another magazine after revision. If the author disagrees with the peer review, he can give reasons, and the editorial department will take it seriously, handle it properly and return to the final decision as soon as possible. It is suggested that the author change the manuscript to another magazine after the first complaint fails, and don't waste time in further communication with the editorial department.
5- Manuscript Arrangement
After the manuscript is officially hired, the editorial department will determine the publication time according to its receipt date and revision date. Among them, international manuscripts, international cooperation manuscripts, innovative manuscripts and manuscripts with great academic value are preferred. The editorial department edits and typesets the full text of the manuscript, inquires and corrects the wrong data, viewpoints and expressions, and standardizes them to make the text and charts more readable and the layout clear and compact, which conforms to the style of this journal.
6- manuscript inspection
Manuscripts that are questioned for editing more will be returned to the author for revision. The typesetting draft is revised synchronously by the author and the editorial department, and the author is requested to return the revised results to the editorial department as soon as possible within 2 days.
Correction method ①: directly annotate and modify the typesetting PDF file; Method 2: describe page, column and row errors with word or lists in word, and correct them; And other similar methods for editing and modifying content.
The typesetting manuscript and its proofreading must be examined and approved by the correspondent before it can be rejected.
This magazine collects publishing fees (with official invoices) according to the layout of the paper, and returns at least 20% of the author's manuscript fees.
7- Paper Publishing and Periodical Delivery
All manuscripts in this issue, including front cover, back cover, catalogue, pad, etc. Will be proofread by the editorial department, revised by the editorial department, and finally sent to the printing factory for proofreading and printing.
