The research content is mainly divided into the following parts: First, the development of tea trade in China is reviewed, and then the supply and demand and competition of the world tea market are analyzed, so as to understand the real environment of tea trade in China. On this basis, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of tea trade from the aspects of the cost and price of tea trade, the main body of tea trade including tea farmers and tea enterprises, international and domestic policies and environment, import and export factors, and competitiveness in major export markets such as Morocco, Japan, the United States and Uzbekistan. Finally, the influence of China tea export on the world market, domestic tea farmers, tea enterprises, regional economy and ecological environment is comprehensively analyzed.
The results show that the world tea market is in a state of monopoly competition, and the supply of tea exceeds demand; The cost structure of China tea export enterprises is very complicated, the cost is higher than the price, and the tea export enterprises are in a state of loss or meager profit; In China, the behavior of farmers directly producing a large number of fresh leaves and selling them to export enterprises has a direct impact on exports, while the behavior of tea farmers producing famous tea and buying it in the trading market has an indirect impact on exports; Tea enterprises, especially tea export enterprises, directly determine the export trade of tea; Technical barriers have a great influence on China's tea export, which plays a hindrance role; Policies, especially domestic and foreign trade policies, directly affect China's tea trade; The market competitiveness of China tea in major exporting countries is different: it is competitive in Moroccan market and not competitive in Japanese market. Although it is competitive in the US and Uzbekistan markets, the export structure of tea conflicts with the import market structure, thus affecting the development of tea trade. China's tea export plays a decisive role in the world green tea price and dominates the world green tea market, but it cannot dominate the world black tea market. At the same time, China's tea exports affect the world's tea consumption structure. China's tea export can promote the regional economy, especially for tea producing and trading provinces, such as Zhejiang, Fujian and Anhui. At the same time, it affects the production structure and consumption structure of tea in China; Tea export in turn affects the production and operation behavior of tea farmers; Tea export determines the fate of tea export enterprises and directly changes their behavior; Export trade also has an indirect impact on the ecological and economic environment in mountainous areas.
In view of the research conclusion, we put forward the following countermeasures: First, strengthen the standardized management of tea enterprises as soon as possible, change the business philosophy of enterprises, improve the production efficiency and quality level of enterprises, and thus reduce the export cost; Secondly, check the quality of tea from the source, such as standardizing the production behavior of tea farmers, strictly examining the production technology and operation process of tea enterprises, especially tea export enterprises, and improving the comprehensive quality level of exported tea; Third, continue to stabilize the traditional export market, especially the Moroccan market; At the same time, it is necessary to study the US and Uzbekistan markets, adjust China's tea export structure, and improve China's export potential in the US and Uzbekistan markets; For the Japanese market, we should change our business strategy and open up new markets; Fourth, China's tea export enterprises should be in line with internationalization, obtain market information in time, introduce advanced technology, business philosophy and technical talents, pay attention to strategies, attach importance to every link of tea production and trade, stabilize old customers and open up new markets; Fifth, the government should strengthen supervision and give corresponding encouragement and measures to tea farmers and tea enterprises, such as subsidies, incentives and sales policies for tea garden production bases. The local government develops eco-tourism in mountain tea gardens, improves the mountain environment, increases the income of tea farmers, promotes the development of tea industry and tea trade, and makes the tea industry and tea trade in China develop healthily.
