I. Guiding ideology

Second, the work objectives
1, stabilize the educational order in all schools, improve the stable work system in all schools, implement the leadership responsibility system, and avoid vicious cases that shock the society and damage the image of the education system, mass incidents that have a major impact and heavy casualties, and activities such as teachers and students making trouble at higher levels, illegally gathering, and connecting in series.
2. Keep students from serious criminal cases, strengthen legal education and moral education, reduce the occurrence of minor violations of discipline by students, and further enhance the sense of security of teachers and students.
3. Timely and effectively resolve all kinds of conflicts and disputes between teachers and students, strengthen prevention work, and resolve conflicts in the bud.
4. Earnestly study and implement the Code of Conduct for Primary and Secondary School Students and the Code of Daily Conduct for Primary and Secondary School Students, strengthen the training of students' code of conduct, and vigorously carry out the evaluation of "safe campus", "civilized class" and "civilized office" in combination with activities such as reaching the standard of primary school students' code of conduct, fighting for chapters by young eagles, and creating a civilized demonstration post for women, so as to further improve the degree of campus civilization.
5. Improve the comprehensive management network and team, optimize the surrounding environment of the campus, and further improve the guard duty system.
6. Further improve the school legal education, play the role of the vice president of legal system, and further enhance the legal concept and legal awareness of the students.
Third, the work measures
1, solidly carry out legal education and rule of law construction, focus on improving the legal quality of young students and educators, actively carry out legal education and rule of law construction, play the role of vice president of legal system, and continuously expand the forms of legal publicity and education in schools. School legal education should be carried out in four aspects: plan, class hours, teaching materials and teachers.
2. Deepen the implementation of maintaining the stability of school education. 3. Deepen the struggle for rectification, give full play to the disciplinary role of the Party branch, strengthen the construction of a clean government in schools, strengthen the education of honesty and self-discipline of school leading cadres, and strengthen the supervision of the masses on leaders. Do a good job in the publicity of school affairs and government affairs. Strictly regulate the education fee system, improve the transparency of school leadership, and effectively protect parents' right to know.

Strengthen the internal management of the school and do a good job in accident prevention. Fourth, work measures
Use the Internet, conferences, blackboard newspapers, campus broadcasting and other means to widely publicize the work of creating a safe campus and improve teachers' ideological understanding of the work.
