Format specification of graduation thesis of electronic engineering department of Shaanxi National Defense University

I. General requirements

1. Paper should be A4 paper, arranged vertically and printed on one side.

2. Page setup: the left-right bottom margin is 2. 1 cm, the top margin is 2.6 cm, the left side of the binding line is 0.5 cm, and the header and footer are 1.5 cm.

3. Header and page number setting: the header starts from the abstract to the last page, with No.5 italicized at the top of each page, arranged in the middle, underlined with words, and written "Graduation Thesis of Electronic Engineering Department of Shaanxi National Defense University"; Page numbers are inserted from the text and arranged in the middle.

4. Character spacing is set to "standard" and paragraph spacing is set to "22-point fixed value".

5. The paper binding sequence is as follows:

Cover; Task book; Timetable and peacetime evaluation; Lecturer's comments; National defense evaluation and design results: abstract; Catalogue; Text; Thank you; References; Appendix, after binding, put it in an file bag and send it to the instructor.

6. The text of the paper is not less than 1000 words, all printed in simplified Chinese characters, and the editing of the paper requires word processing.

Second, paper printing

1. Song Zixiao No.4 is used for the text, and Times New Roman is used for all non-Chinese characters in the text.

2. Every chapter starts from a new page. The chapters adopt three-level titles and are numbered consecutively with Arabic numerals, such as 1, 1. 1,1. The chapter is called the first-level title and is located in the center of the first line of the page. The title of the chapter is in bold type II, with the distance from the front of the paragraph being 0 point, and the distance from the immediately following text or secondary title being 12 point. The second-level title is Song Ti No.4, which is aligned to the left, with a distance of 12 pounds before the paragraph and a distance of 0 pounds after the paragraph. Three-level titles are bold in small letters, aligned to the left, with a distance of 12 pounds before the paragraph and a distance of 0 pounds after the paragraph.

3. The table name is located directly above the table, and it is bold with small five;

The name of the picture is located directly below the picture, and it is bold with a small five. The charts are numbered by chapter, such as Table 2.7, which is the seventh table in Chapter 2; Figure 3- 1 is the 1 graph in Chapter 3.

5. Mathematical formulas are expressed in italics and numbered according to chapters.

Start a new page by quoting. The page number should be continuous with the text, and the references should be centered in bold type II, with 0 points before the paragraph and 12 points after the paragraph.
