1. First, open the pen writing app, click the movie review function on the home page, enter the movie review page, and click the New button in the upper right corner.

2. Secondly, enter the title and select the classification.

3. Then, enter the text content of the film and television commentary in the text area, or convert the dictated voice content into text through the voice recognition function.

4. Then in the text editing area, you can add pictures, videos, music and other materials to enrich the content of film and television commentary.

5. Finally, after editing, click the Publish button in the upper right corner to publish the video commentary to the platform.
