You may find that your best inspiration comes from walking around; When you play with your hands, or walk, jog or hike, you are easier to think. In that case, you have company. Many creative and curious people find that moving helps them to concentrate more.
For children with physical intelligence, sometimes the traditional way of learning is frustrating: sitting at a desk, staring at the blackboard and listening to the teacher. Do you learn better when you move or touch the object of exploration? Some children with physical intelligence are even labeled as ADHD. You may be such a child. If you like walking very much, you need to get in touch with the east and the west to understand; Or when exploring new things, you need a lot of practical contact, then you may be called ADHD or attention deficit disorder (or know someone in this situation).
Energetic means active?
This doesn't mean that if you are energetic, you are hyperactive, or you like to walk around in your studies and suffer from attention deficit disorder. However, you may be a child with strong physical intelligence, but you are labeled as attention deficit disorder. If so, you may feel very confused, annoyed or worried.
One problem with ADHD or attention deficit disorder is that it may make everyone (including yourself) unable to understand their true nature, how to learn and what they are best at. If you are in trouble at school, it may be because of your energetic relationship. In most schools, there is no way for you to vent too much energy except during the break after class. At school, the time spent sitting at the desk is much more than the time spent after class. If you walk around, it is easy to get bored, interrupt and forget your school work, then both you and the teacher may feel more depressed.
Whether you are labeled as an animal or not, talk to your parents and teachers about how to relieve your energy. See if you can think of new ways to develop your physical intelligence at school and after class. Ask the teacher if you can show your learning results in different ways. Making models, performing short plays or inventing are all projects that can be done at school. Look for extracurricular activities that can give full play to your physical strength and curiosity. It is also a good way to participate in sports activities, dance classes or performances.
