Shangluo Expressway runs from Anyang to Luoshan. Luoshan Expressway is one of the 12 north-south longitudinal lines planned by Henan Expressway Network. The project starts from Puhe Expressway in Xunxian County, Hebi City in the north, passes through hua county, Yanjin and Yuanyang in the south, and reaches Lianhuo Expressway in Zhongmu, with a total length of about 105 km and a total investment of about11100 million yuan.

The connecting lines of Zhengyang East and Xixian West Interchange adopt the first-class highway technical standard, and the connecting lines of Wulong, Liupen, Laowanggang, Nanyudian, Tongzhong and Luoshan East adopt the second-class highway technical standard.

Route direction of expressway section:

The starting point of the project is located in the northeast of Wangdonghu Village, Zhulidian Township, Shangcai County, Zhumadian City. Zhulidian Hub Interchange intersects with Zhoukou-Nanyang section of Shangqiu-Nanyang Expressway under construction, Donghong Interchange intersects with planned G230 in the south to southeast of Denglou, Cai Dong Interchange intersects with planned G345 in the east of Pingdi Village, Qihai Township, and Wulong Interchange intersects with planned S225 in Wulong Town.
