Provincial Forestry Department studies and implements the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee.

The Provincial Forestry Department held a meeting of cadres to convey and study the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and to study and deploy specific measures for the forestry system in our province to implement the spirit of the Plenary Session. Director Zhang Yuwen requested at the meeting that the forestry system of the whole province and the cadres of party member should combine the actual forestry work in the whole province, thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, and do all the key forestry work well.

Zhang Yuwen emphasized that the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee made an overall plan for comprehensively deepening reform in the coming period. This top-down comprehensive deepening reform model puts forward new and higher requirements for forestry reform. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee proposed to deepen the reform of ecological civilization system around the construction of beautiful China, speed up the construction of system of ecological civilization, improve the system and mechanism of land space development, resource conservation and environmental protection, and promote the formation of a new pattern of harmonious development between man and nature and modernization. At the same time, it is pointed out that to build an ecological civilization, we must establish a systematic and complete system of ecological civilization system, implement the strictest source protection system, damage compensation system and accountability system, improve the environmental governance and ecological restoration system, and protect the ecological environment with the system. This characterization has raised the construction of ecological civilization to a new strategic height. Even though ecology and environment are organically unified, they are different, which has won rare development opportunities and space for accelerating forestry development.
