Guan Chonggui (1924— 1988), deputy director of Hailong County Materials Bureau. Guan Chonggui, an old hero, is great. He is a famous war hero. In the fourth battle to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea, he led two soldiers to stick to the front position of the company, repelled three attacks by more than 500 enemy soldiers, killed more than 50 enemy soldiers, and shot down enemy planes 1 aircraft with a light machine gun (Czech ZB26). With outstanding achievements, he was awarded the title of "first-class combat hero" and the third-class national flag medal of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
