Previously, Zhejiang Quzhou innovatively launched the "one thing" service for real estate registration, reducing at least 380,000 "errands" and 460,000 paper materials every year. At present, Zhejiang Provincial Department of Natural Resources is promoting the province to realize "one thing, one office" joint office.

Since the beginning of this year, Zhejiang has continuously promoted the reform of "running at most once" and accelerated the digital transformation of the government. From June of 20 19 to June of 0/0/0, there were more than1460,000 inquiries about the ownership certificate of real estate in Zhejiang Province, of which more than 90% of the inquiry records came from the "Zheliban" APP.
