Liu Chen, male, was born in Fuyu County, Jilin Province, 1962. Member of Party Group and Associate Research Fellow of Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences. 1August, 985, graduated from Baicheng Agricultural School, majoring in animal husbandry, and was assigned to work in Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences in the same year. 1991July graduated from Jilin agricultural university majoring in animal husbandry (correspondence undergraduate course), and was admitted to Yanbian university as a graduate student majoring in veterinary medicine in 2006. He used to be the director of breeding farm and pig farm of animal husbandry branch. He is currently the director of the poultry research office of the Animal Husbandry Department. Director of Jilin Provincial Animal Husbandry Association, 1993 was rated as an advanced worker in Jilin Province, and in 2000, Jilin Province's comprehensive agricultural development won the third class merit.
