Since 1998 won the first controlled-release fertilizer research project of Guangdong Province and National Natural Science Foundation respectively, it has successively presided over more than 20 controlled-release fertilizer research projects, including the National 863 Project, the National Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements Transformation Project, the Eleventh Five-Year Science and Technology Support Plan (the chief research project of controlled-release coating technology) and the National Banana Industry Science and Technology System (the postdoctoral fellow of soil fertilizer). Before and after the research results won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of the Ministry of Education, the first prize of Guangdong Science and Technology Award, and the most influential science and technology award of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. The manufacturing technology of vegetable oil in-situ surface reaction film-forming coated controlled release fertilizer has been adopted by CNOOC Petrochemical, Shandong Shikefeng, Jilin Longyuan, Sanyuan Preite Controlled Release Fertilizer Co., Ltd. and other central enterprises and private enterprises, and has been industrialized. Controlled release fertilizer and its extended product controlled release fertilizer have been widely used in crops such as bananas, pineapples, corn and wheat.
