China: Most defectors are not refugees. I hope South Korea will treat them calmly! Personally, I think China supports North Korea in many ways: 1, and declares to the international community that North Korea is politically and economically stable and there are no refugees, which is the support of public opinion; 2. The support for North Korea shows that China is the backing of some aspects of North Korea. Sinopec denies participating in bidding for disputed oil and gas fields in the South China Sea exploited by the Philippines! I certainly can't participate in other people's bidding for China's oil fields, but I don't know how politicians will feel when others bid for our oil fields.
