1. Introduction

According to the Writing Format of Scientific Reports, Dissertations and Academic Papers of People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) and the Dissertation Format of Northeastern University, it is specially used for those who apply for master's and doctoral degrees in our university to write printed papers. This format shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.

2. The main part of the thesis.

The main part of the paper consists of the front part, the main part and the end part.

3. Layout

Paper size: The paper size is standard A4 copy paper (2 10mm×297mm).

Block (print size): 160mm×247mm (excluding title line and page number line).

Text font size: No.4 is small, and the whole text is unified.

30 ~ 35 lines per page, 35 ~ 38 words per line.

Binding: double-sided printing, binding along the long side.

Page number: The page number is compiled continuously with Arabic numerals, the font size is the same as the text font, the bottom of the page is centered, and both sides of the page number are decorated with dots or horizontal lines, such as 3 or -3-.

Header: Add a header, single line or double line (second-class line and Wu Wenxing) from the summary page. The header is italicized for No.5, with "Master's and Doctoral Dissertations of Northeastern University" at the left end and "Chapter Title" at the right end.

Cover: The standard cover of graduate dissertations of Northeastern University (double A4).

4. Style

4. 1 title

The text of the paper is graded according to chapters, articles, paragraphs and items. Arabic numerals of different levels of chapters, articles, paragraphs and items are separated by dots (solid dots in the lower half corner), and no dots are added after the last number. See Table 4. 1 for the typesetting format.

This hierarchical numbering method is only divided into four levels. Subdivision available (1), (2) ...; (a), (b), etc.

Contents, references, thanks, academic achievements obtained during doctoral studies, resumes and other titles are used as first-class titles.

4.2 Text

Chinese font size: the font size is less than 4.

The font size of foreign languages and numbers is the same as that of Chinese characters in the same industry, and the font is similar in Time NewRoman or WORD system.

4.2. 1 illustration

Illustrations include charts, schematic diagrams, structural diagrams, graphs, block diagrams, flow charts, layout diagrams, maps, photos, plates, etc. The items shown in the illustration include the drawing number, drawing title and legend. Chapter number coded by drawing number. For example, "Figure 2. 1" stands for Figure 1 in Chapter 2. Leave a space between the figure number and the figure title text and place it directly below the figure. The title of the figure is No.5, and the font can be Song Ti, which must be unified in the whole text. The font size of the annotation symbol in the drawing is not greater than the font size of the drawing title.

The general format of the table is that the data are arranged vertically in sequence, the contents and items are read horizontally from left to right, and the whole page is typeset. Table numbers are also coded by chapter numbers, for example, Table 2. 1 is the 1 table in Chapter 2. The table should have a title, and there should be 1 ~ 2 words between the title and the table number. It should be placed at the top and center of the table, with No.5 song style, and the whole text should be unified. The font size of the contents and items in the table is not greater than the font size of the picture title.

4.2.3 Formula

Formulas include mathematical formulas, physical formulas and chemical formulas. The' formula, formula or equation' cited in this paper can be numbered by Arabic numerals (formula number) according to the chapter number. For example, the formula (2. 1) represents the formula 1 in Chapter 2. General formulas are arranged in the middle of a single line, out of context, and the formula number and formula number are arranged on the right.

4.3 Appendix

Figures, tables, formulas, references, etc. Appendices should be numbered separately from the text, and all of them should be numbered in Arabic numerals, but the numbers should be preceded by the appendix sequence number. For example: figure A. 1, formula (B.3), etc.

4.4 units of measurement

All papers should adopt the Legal Units of Measurement in People's Republic of China (PRC) issued by the State Council on February 27th, 1984, and follow the Usage of Legal Units of Measurement in People's Republic of China (PRC). The quantities, units and symbols used in naming in this paper must follow the national standards GB3 100-82, GB310/-82, GB 3102/1-KLOC-0/3-82, etc.

The writing methods of unit names and symbols can adopt international common symbols or Chinese names, but they should be unified and not mixed.

4.5 References

References are numbered by serial number.

Monograph format:

[serial number] author. Title [M]. Place of publication: publishing house, year, page number.

Format of periodical papers:

[serial number] author. Name of the paper [J]. Journal name, year, volume (issue): starting and ending page numbers.

Paper format:

[serial number] author. Name of dissertation [D]. Place of publication: degree-granting unit, year.

Reference case:

Patent format:

[Serial Number] Patent Applicant. Patent name: patent country, patent number [P]. Release date. (corresponding to the chapter of the paper)
