Luoyang: During the Warring States Period, King Xiang of Qin was stationed in Luoyang County, named the Yang of Luoshui, belonging to Sanchuan County. During the Western Han Dynasty, it was ruled by Henan county. It was built as the capital in the Eastern Han Dynasty.
