Liu Haibo, male, associate professor. 1985 graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Sun Yat-sen University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Probability and Statistics; 1990 graduated from China university of mining and technology with a master's degree in management engineering (now called management science); In 2002, he graduated from Peking University Institute of Education, majoring in higher education management, with a doctorate in education, and studied MBA at Guanghua School of Management. I have been engaged in teaching and management in China University of Mining and Technology, engaged in educational research in Shanghai Academy of Educational Sciences, and engaged in training in Shanghai Education Commission (the first batch). Now he is the director of the Center for Public Policy Research. He has won the second prize of Jiangsu Excellent Teaching Achievement Award 1996, the third prize of Xuzhou Municipal People's Government for outstanding achievements in philosophy and social sciences in 1994-97 (thesis), the third prize of China University of Mining and Technology for scientific and technological progress 1997 (theoretical achievements), the third prize of the eighth Shanghai Education and Scientific Research Achievement Award in 2005 for theoretical innovation and the third prize of decision-making consultation.
