Chen Puping, male, born in February of 196 1, party member, associate professor, graduate degree, member of Shandong Writers Association, top ten theoretical workers in Shandong Province, and outstanding young and middle-aged intellectuals in Shandong Province. He is currently Deputy Secretary-General of CPC Dezhou Municipal Committee and President of Dezhou Historical Society. He has been engaged in theoretical propaganda for a long time, and has published many theoretical monographs such as Theory of Ability, Outline of Socialist Ideological and Moral Construction, and From Chen Duxiu to Mao Zedong. In his spare time, he is engaged in literary creation, including a dream, a journey, the death of Chen Duxiu and the love of red mother. Won two "excellent projects" awards for spiritual civilization construction in Shandong Province. His deeds were included in the Dictionary of Contemporary Young and Middle-aged Scholars in China and the Dictionary of Contemporary Historians in China.
