Cao said that in the past 30 years, the National High-tech Zone has always adhered to reform, opening up and independent innovation, actively promoted the combination of science and technology and economy, rapidly gathered scientific and technological innovation resources, and rapidly grew scientific and technological enterprises, playing an increasingly important role in innovation-driven and transformational development, mainly in seven aspects:
First, high-tech industries have achieved high-quality development, which has strongly supported the construction of China's modern economic system.
