Liu Jiang joined Gannan Song and Dance Troupe as the chief violinist in the early days, and then began to create art under the influence of his father. 1977 was admitted to the Fine Arts Department of Northwest Normal University, majoring in Chinese painting. During my school days, I laid a deep artistic foundation and paved the way for later artistic creation. I studied with Wu Shanming, Fang Zengxian and Li Baofeng, and learned the techniques of meticulous brushwork. From May 65438 to May 0979, at the invitation of Chang Shuhong, a famous artist in China, he went to Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes to copy murals and participated in the first Dunhuang Art Exhibition abroad. 1982 graduated with honors and obtained a bachelor of arts degree. Later, he worked in Gansu People's Fine Arts Publishing House and served as deputy editor-in-chief and deputy editor-in-chief of Gansu People's Fine Arts Publishing House.
