An Wei, male, Han nationality, born in May, 1966, from Zhenping, Henan Province, joined the work in June, 199 1, and became a China citizen in May, 1988. He holds a master's degree and a doctor's degree in economics. He is currently the deputy secretary of Sanmenxia Municipal Committee of Henan Province, the mayor and party secretary of the Municipal People's Government.
