Liu Youchang, Manchu, was born in Halahai Prairie, Heilongjiang Province. 1987 graduated from the chemistry department of Beijing Normal University with a bachelor of science degree. 1994 graduated from Harbin institute of technology with a master's degree in environmental chemical engineering. He is currently teaching at the School of Pharmacy, Harbin Medical University. 1996 Established Harbin International Exhibition Co., Ltd. to engage in exhibition, a sunrise industry. Many successful exhibitions have been held, especially the Northeast Asia Beauty Salon and Cosmetics Expo. It has built a platform for colleagues in the beauty industry at home and abroad to exchange beauty and interpret beauty.
