XX years is an important turning point in my life journey. Leaving school and stepping into the society, my life has a new starting point, a new beginning and a new goal. In the past few months, as a quality inspector, I have carefully studied the company's quality management control process, and according to the requirements of my job responsibilities, I have got the following points:
1, sampling and storage of raw and auxiliary materials
I strictly follow the management requirements of the company and don't miss a lot. Understand the physical and chemical properties of various raw materials and store them reasonably.
2. Specimen inspection
Inspection is a fine inspection process. "Details determine success or failure". I do every experiment well with a rigorous working attitude during the experiment. At present, I have mastered the inspection methods and steps of all raw materials. Thanks to my master and my colleagues, you taught me this.
3. Data processing
When recording data, I record, summarize and report every experimental data based on the principle of "seeking truth and being pragmatic". Make no mistakes and make false reports.
Second, feelings and experiences.

I. Annual review
Looking back on 20xx years, through one year's work and study, my working ability has been improved to some extent. In particular, the electrophoresis purity detection technology of salt-soluble protein of corn seeds has made greater progress, and the membrane made is clear and accurate, which can distinguish seeds. From September 20xx to the past 20xx years, according to the general arrangement of the head office, I took the post of seed quality inspector, mainly responsible for seed germination rate, moisture, purity and sampling. I know that no matter what position I am in, I will try to be a good waiter for leaders at all levels, business departments and seed industry. Over the past year, I have practiced my ideas from three aspects, striving to be better, stronger and more in place. Next, I will briefly report my work in the past year to leaders at all levels.
1, study hard and improve your quality in an all-round way.
The work of quality inspection room is a special post, which needs to constantly update knowledge and improve skills. In order to meet this requirement, I attach great importance to learning, and basically achieve "reading 10,000 words a day and learning a book a month". Over the past year, I have carefully studied the guiding ideology of Theory of Three Represents and Hu Jintao on building a harmonious socialist society, and devoted myself to practical work with full ideological enthusiasm. 2. Work hard and successfully complete all tasks.
In the past year, it was very difficult for non-professional students to do seed quality inspection, but I actively responded to difficult challenges, including germination rate test exceeding 120, 32 moisture tests and 4 purity tests (no formal report). According to the requirements of the leaders, every time a batch of seeds is put in, a sample is planted according to the sampling standard, and the germination rate, moisture and purity are all done in turn. According to the application of various business departments, the germination, moisture and purity of stored seeds, self-propagating new seeds and purchased seeds were tested in time and seriously.
While doing a good job in the indoor investigation, I also systematically studied the field investigation, and assisted Director Hu Jibin in the field investigation of Qihe Jiangtun Breeding Base. When cotton seeds are ripe, they also go to the site to buy, sample and seal samples three times with all the staff in the quality inspection room.
When sorting corn materials, Comrade Ni Feng often takes time to help copy seeds, bag them and sort them out. He also used his spare time during the experiment to help Comrade Chen Jian disassemble, copy seeds, bag and box small cotton materials.
After work, when the processing plant is short of manpower, I often help temporarily to complete the unpacking and packaging of cottonseed before coating processing. Also participated in the storage and transportation department's cooling and drying work of cotton seeds before land reclamation (mainly referring to the first batch of cotton seeds produced in Qihe Jiangtun).
3. Positive attitude towards daily life and work.
Over the past year, I have been able to consciously abide by the rules and regulations of the head office. At work, I will not be late, leave early, take the initiative to ask for leave, respect leaders, unite colleagues, treat others sincerely and work hard. Efforts: First, self-discipline according to regulations. I will never do what the leader forbids, but I will try my best to be a competent seed inspector without violating the rules and regulations. The second is to use system self-discipline. I strictly abide by the rules set by the head office. In terms of economic expenditure, we must resolutely ask for instructions before we act, not first. You can also take a positive attitude towards your work and work hard to finish it, so as not to be offside and not in place. Looking back at your own problems, although you can work hard and make some achievements, there are still many places that need continuous improvement and perfection. I have been working hard and trying to do better. This kind of performance mainly includes: first, due to the lack of professional knowledge and experience in the work, the solutions to some problems are too simple and the working methods are too simple; Sometimes, we look at problems one-sidedly, and we are not calm enough to deal with some problems. Second, it is necessary to further strengthen the planning, systematicness and scientificity of seed inspection and improve the ability of comprehensive analysis and problem solving. Thirdly, in the electrophoresis experiment, the technology has not been fully mastered, and now we can only judge the consistency of seeds, and the purity analysis of parents of maize hybrid seeds needs to be further improved. Fourth, on the basis of completing the tasks assigned by the leaders, we should give full play to our own advantages, continue to strengthen the study of professional knowledge, and further improve the inspection skills of various seeds.
Three. Work plan for 20xx years
In the new year, I am determined to seriously improve my business and work level and contribute to the leap-forward development of the company's economy.
