Excuse me, does the Disabled Persons' Federation belong to the Civil Affairs Bureau?
County Civil Affairs Bureau and Disabled Persons' Federation belonged to a department called Civil Affairs Bureau more than 20 years ago. Later it was divided into two independent departments. The Civil Affairs Bureau is mainly responsible for national relief work (including the disabled), and the Disabled Persons' Federation is only responsible for preferential policies for the disabled. The policies of the two departments are not duplicated and have little contact.

Now the Disabled Persons' Federation does not belong to the Civil Affairs Bureau. The Federation of Disabled Persons is an association and an independent legal person. It does not belong to any department, and the civil affairs department belongs to the competent department of social organizations.
