Male, Han nationality, born in September, 1938, from Jiashan, Zhejiang,1joined China in March 1966, and1joined the work in May 1963. He graduated from Tsinghua University Electrical Engineering Department, majoring in electrical manufacturing, with a university degree and an engineer.
1956 to 1963, majoring in motor manufacturing, Department of Electrical Engineering, Tsinghua University. 1963- 1967 Technician in Power Workshop and Cast Steel Workshop of Shanghai Wood-based Panel Machine Factory, Secretary of the factory director. 1967 to 1977, technician of power workshop and deputy secretary of workshop party branch of Shanghai Zhonghua Metallurgical Plant. 1977 to 1980, deputy director, deputy director and engineer of the revolutionary Committee of Shanghai Zhonghua Metallurgical Plant. 1980 to 1982 Deputy Manager of Shanghai Petrochemical General Machinery Manufacturing Company. He died in Beijing at 2: 03 on June 2, 2007 at the age of 69. On June 5th, Comrade Lou Kangqiao's body was cremated at Babaoshan Revolutionary Cemetery in Beijing.
