Guo: Senior engineer, graduate degree, excellent grades. He used to be deputy director, director of planning department, director of enterprise management department, assistant to director of Lu 'an Mining Bureau, assistant to general manager of Lu 'an Group Company and director of investment and financing center. He is currently the deputy general manager of Lu 'an Group.
