Liu Ziming, male, 1979 was admitted to Harbin Institute of Technology, majoring in roads and bridges. He is currently the general manager of China Railway Bridge Bureau Group Co., Ltd., a professor-level senior engineer, and the leader of the "China Bridge Construction National Team", and won two first prizes for national scientific and technological progress.

The first 2,500-ton offshore girder crane "Little Swan" in China and the largest 3,000-ton offshore girder crane "Tianyi" in Asia independently developed by the Bridge Bureau have raised the research and development of large-scale bridge-building equipment in China to a new level.
