Graduate students are not over 30 years old at the time of application, have a bachelor's degree or excellent undergraduate graduates, are in good health and perform well.

Visiting scholars (including postdoctoral research) who are not over 50 years old at the time of application should be the official staff of universities, enterprises and institutions, administrative units at all levels and scientific research units. ?

A senior research scholar under the age of 55 shall meet one of the following conditions in addition to the application conditions for visiting scholars:

The backbone of the State Key Laboratory, the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education and the National Engineering (Technology) Research Center; ?

(2) "Changjiang Scholar" is the backbone of the innovation team supported by distinguished professor or the Ministry of Education in that year, or the candidate of national talent plan such as "New Century Excellent Talents Plan"; ?

(3) Academic leaders of national key disciplines approved by the Ministry of Education; ?

(4) Senior executives of central state organs, local administrative departments and large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises. ?

Among them, the teaching and research staff are professors and doctoral supervisors; Managers of central state organs and local administrative departments shall have administrative posts at or above the deputy bureau level; Managers of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises should have administrative positions equivalent to the deputy department level or above. ?

Second, how to apply

1. This project is fully funded by the National Scholarship Fund. Scholarship funds are entrusted to relevant national scholarship application acceptance institutions (hereinafter referred to as acceptance institutions) in accordance with the selection method of "individual application, expert evaluation, equal competition and merit-based admission".

2. The selection method of "individual application, unit recommendation, expert evaluation, equal competition and merit-based admission" shall be adopted for special study abroad projects and related cooperation projects, and the relevant units shall organize the application and submit the application materials according to the project requirements, and the Scholarship Fund Committee will not accept individual applications.

For some projects, such as basic course teachers' study abroad projects and Russian art projects, the Overseas Study Fund Committee entrusts relevant accepting institutions to accept applications (see Annex 5 "List of Applications by Accepting Institutions" for specific projects). Other projects are directly accepted by the Scholarship Fund Committee according to the project requirements.

For the selection of some projects, the Scholarship Fund Committee will publish it on the national study abroad website in time, and send a selection notice to the relevant units, and then no applications will be accepted. Third, public learning materials.

Research Plan: This is the most important material in the application process and must be taken seriously, especially for students who apply through personal channels. You need Chinese and English. You must first determine the research topic with the foreign director, and then write a detailed English research plan under his guidance.
