Liu Zhijie's resume
1995 and 1997 completed postdoctoral research at the University of Pittsburgh and the University of Georgia respectively. 1997, served as an assistant researcher and associate researcher in Georgia in 2002, and served as the director of the crystallography laboratory in the Structural Genome Research Center in the southeastern United States. An efficient gene-structure assembly line was proposed and constructed in the Southeast Structural Genome Research Center of the United States, and the crystal structures of more than 80 kinds of protein and their complexes were determined. More than 50 papers have been published in foreign core journals included in SCI, such as Cell, Nat Struc Mole Biol, PNAS, etc. June 2005 5438- 10 was introduced to China as a researcher of the "Hundred Talents Program" of China Academy of Sciences. At present, he is mainly engaged in four aspects of research: the structure and function of protein-protein complex related to signal transcription regulation and activation in human body; Study on luminescent mechanism of bioluminescent protein and its application in animals: study on the structure and pathogenesis of enzymes related to human liver disease; Study on protein Crystal Structure Phase Decomposition Method Based on Single Wavelength Anomalous Scattering. At present, he is the head of the "863" major project of the Ministry of Science and Technology "Study on the Three-dimensional Structure of protein Related to Liver Metabolism and Liver Diseases" and the general project of the National Fund "Study on the Structure and Luminescence Mechanism of Biological aequorin Based on Coelentrin".
