After joining the party, he actively engaged in the party building work in Wucheng County, and successively developed many people to join the party. 1940 In April, the First Committee of Wucheng County of the Communist Party of China was established as the Minister of Propaganda Department to actively publicize the Party's anti-Japanese ideas, develop party member and strengthen the Party's strength. He used to be a teacher and engaged in underground revolutionary activities under the cover of this profession. 194/kloc-0 served as the chief of the armed mobilization section in April, and participated in the battle against the turrets in Heliutun and Wucheng counties. 1after April, 942, he successively served as the organization minister of 50% county committees, the district heads of the second and third districts, the political commissar of the third district, and the secretary of the district committees of the second and third districts.
