Wang Yanling, female, Han nationality,1born in September 1962, from Neihuang County, Henan Province,1joined China in July 1982, and1joined the work in August 1983. Graduated from Nanjing Agricultural University, majoring in animal physiology and biochemistry, doctoral supervisor. He has served as president of Henan Agricultural University, deputy secretary, acting mayor and mayor of Puyang Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China, secretary of the College Working Committee of Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and director of Henan Provincial Education Department. He is currently the vice governor of Henan Provincial People's Government. Responsible for human resources and social security, population and family planning, health, market supervision and management.
